Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Rated for PS4 and Xbox One in Brazil

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor might be close to releasing for last-gen consoles. Respawn Entertainment’s action-adventure title launched for PC and current-gen machines last year, and though it struggled with technical issues even on their hardware, publisher EA announced last August that Respawn was working on bringing the game to PS4 and Xbox One.

A release date for the game’s last-gen ports has yet to be announced, though it seems like the game might be approaching that release. As spotted by @the_marmolade on Twitter, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has been rated for PS4 and Xbox One in Brazil. Since classification ratings for games don’t tend to happen until they’re approaching release, this could be indication of an impending launch for the game on last-gen consoles. EA has yet to make an official announcement.

The sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is also in development, however, Stig Asmussen, the director of both Jedi games, left Respawn Entertainment last year, before going on to found a new independent studio, Giant Skull, where he’s leading development on a single-player narrative-driven AAA action-adventure title.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is currently available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Read our review of the game through here.
